Welcome to our collection of proper friendly, neighbourhood cafés serving Baked in Brick’s deliciously fresh bread, cakes, pastries and patisserie to eat in or take home. You’ll find us in Sutton Coldfield, Wylde Green, Broad Street and shortly in Digbeth.

We’ve got our own proper (proper) bakery and full-time bakers, baking and making everything for our own venues as well as some of Brum’s best restaurants.

Book Baked in Brick for your own event. We’ll work closely with you to provide a bespoke menu and a complete catering package for any occasion. We’ll bring the mini with the pizza oven, one of our gazebos, or use your own kitchens and venue. From award-winning street-food to fine-dining, we’ll make your event the one everyone will remember!
